A ChatGPT-powered planner website to help small businesses in the U.S. and Germany understand their current position and identify recommendations to help them achieve their goals for the next year.

  • Timeline: 7 months

  • Deliverables: Functional PayPal branded website utilizing functionality by ChatGPT LLM with downloadable report. 

  • Challenges: Project timeline was greatly lengthened by slow internal client legal, risk review and site security processes. Client creative direction required some late development redesign to remove any recognizably human figures. Post-launch client direction required temporary hiding and revision of site to remove all mention of A.I., machine learning, or LLM.  

  • Solutions: Close and daily involvement with main client to work to stay aligned, remove blockers, and escalate as necessary. Clear communication of release timeline and financial implications of all delays.

  • Result: Innovative and well structured showpiece using A.I. for the first time for main client, helping them break new ground and escaping a years-long mold of simply issuing a yearly white paper.
