2023 Planeta MVP App

First iteration of travel experience discovery and itinerary app designed to help users find things to do based on their interests. Starting from scratch as a new startup, I assembled team to research, design and build the minimum viable product (MVP) version of the app.

• Timeline: 2 years.

• Deliverables: iPhone and Android apps available in their respective stores.

• Challenges: Newcomers to travel space, extremely limited budget, small startup team.

• Solutions: Developed a marketing angle using flight attendants as beachhead market, provided equity to core team, negotiated special relationship with offshore dev partner.

• Result: Launch of a robust itinerary builder that could find things to do in 100 cities across 6 continents.
