Incentivized consumer journey I produced for Honda major auto show booth to educate users about Honda products and capture leads. Users had the option to use an RFID wristband or to download a mobile app that used beacons to track user progress through the journey.

  • Timeline: 4 months
  • Deliverables: iPhone and Android apps for mobile phones, RFID wristband driven parallel system
  • Challenges: Fixed budget and extremely short timeframe to build parallel systems, skeptical client, need to clear Apple App store for iPhone downloads, need to integrate RFID with booth engagements.
  • Solutions: Used trusted dev vendors and in house design team for mobile app, provided frequent status updates and results metrics with analysis for client, prepared detailed write up for Apple store, worked with trusted in house devs to integrate with RFID. 
  • Result: Clients very pleased with RFID results, record numbers of consumer leads for show season.
